375 ml℮ tin
Baked paint, free of heavy metals and toxic substances.
High viscosity spray only product without any thinning.
Use spray guns with upper or lower cup and spray nozzle diameter from 1.5 to 2.2 mm.
The air pressure of the spray must be between 3 – 4 atm.
Adhesion to wood, metals, plastics, and glass.
High application thickness: perform many passes, up to 15, to achieve a thickness of 300 microns.
Oven baking: 90 minutes at 70 – 80° C ■ 120 minutes at 55° C.
The oven must be at temperature when the painted piece is introduced into the oven.
After baking: keep the painted piece for approximately 15-20 days in a dust free environment
Performance: elegant and vibrant appearance, notable hardness, scratch, shock, vibration resistant, anticorrosive, resistance at 100° C , to saltwater, petrol and diesel, to the weather and exposure to sunlight without colour changes.
Stability :
over 1 year in unopened tins stored in a cool place
approx. 6 months, after the tin has been opened, with a thin layer of turpentine over the paint
